'Apple Berry Salsa' recipe for a while now.
Today was the day,
and it was a yummy success.

Apple Berry Salsa
2 peeled kiwis
1 granny smith apple
1 tin mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 cup grapefruit juice
Peel apple and chop all of the fruit with a food chopper, then add juice. Chill. Serve with cinnamon chips.
Cinnamon Chips: Take 4 soft tortilla shells and lay them on a baking sheet. Using a pastry brush, brush them with water. Sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar and then cut into wedges with pizza cutter. Bake until crispy, 10-15 minutes at 350. Cool, then store in an airtight container.
